Katherine stood near the balcony that over looked the whole entire party at the Gatsby. People were dancing wild as flashing lights swayed over them with loud beats playing from massive speakers. Some people were sneaking others in and out of doors, making out in corners, and there were even girls kissing girls near the music tables.
Katherine held her ruby red Charlotte Olympia clutch infront of her and tilted her head to the side as she watched people wander around below her. People were probably wondering what Katherine was doing up there and why she wasn't downstairs handing out 'favors' but the reason was simple. She was holding a small bag of pure and fine coke. Especially made for herself and anyone she decided to bring with her. Katherine scanned her brown eyes over the massive majority of people .. trying to find someone worthy of her special stash. And then, just like that, she spot the perfect person.
Her best friend Bella just now entering the party with a piece of arm candy.
Katherine raised one of her freshly waxed eyebrows and her vampy, red lips turned into a smirk. She knew Bella would be down to sniff a line and she knew her night would be amazing if she could cause some trouble with her bestie.
By the time Katherine had walked down the old, vintage spiral staircase she wasn't even worried that someone would probably be gossiping about her tomorrow. Not that she cared anyways. People were always going to talk. Good and bad. And that was something Katherine had to deal with along time ago.
"Bella, darlinggggg!" Katherine said in a sing-song voice as she wrapped her arms around her best friend. She noticed that she had left her little arm candy to the side by the door but didn't bother asking why she did that.
"Katherine !" Bella smiled back with a tight hug. Katherine locked arms with Bella and the two of them walked through the busy and dancing crowd.
"I have a surprise for you, come with me."
Katherine decided that she was going to direct Bella into the ladies room to preform the little 'action' she was planning on doing. She didn't even bother asking Bella. She never normally did either, she knew Bella liked to do drugs just as much as Katherine liked to sell them.
Once the two girls made there way through groups of people and finally made it to the ladies room, Katherine kicked the door with her shiny red Christian Loubs making a loud banging noise as the door hit the wall. On the other end of the door a girl had let out a loud 'Yelp' . Before Katherine looked into bathroom, she gave Bella a confused look.
"Who's in there?" Katherine said as she walked into the bathroom. "Actually I don't really care, I just need you to get the f-ck out." Katherine looked back at Bella and starting laughing. But her laughter turned into shock once she actually saw who was in the bathroom. It was little miss Mia, Katherine's ex-friend from her younger years.
"Nice." Mia said looking from Katherine and Bella then into the mirror that was in front of her as she started applying lipgloss.
Katherine crossed her arms over her busty chest and tilted her head to the side. "We need the bathroom Mia."
Mia ignored her.
"Didn't you hear her, Mia?" Bella said her most fakest sweet voice.
Mia looked at both of the girls through the mirror and didn't move.
Katherine stared back at her while Bella just rolled her eyes. It was certain times like this where Katherine wondered why her and Mia were even friends. They were so different now.
Back in the day, her and Mia were attached to the hip. They were always seen doing everything together. Shopping, sleepovers, parties, nail appointments, everything. And then everything changed when Katherine told Mia that she was helping tell drugs. Katherine knew Mia didn't like drugs, but Katherine didn't think Mia would of just dropped their friendship just like that. Nowadays all they do is just exchange icy glares and barely say two words to each other.
"Listen. Mia. We really need the bathroom." Bella finally spoke out with her hands on her small hips. "It's important."
"Well isn't that bad luck?" Mia was fluffing up her hair and re-applying gloss.
Bella looked at Katherine and rolled her eyes again.
"Fine, if that's how you want to be." Katherine opened her clutch and held up a plastic bag filled with coke. She walked over to the sink next to Mia and put the bag infront of Mia's face.
"Do you see this?" Katherine said dangling it in Mia's face then pointed to Bella. "Me and Bella? We're going use this to get high."
Mia stared Katherine in the face before grabbing her stuff off of the counter then finally leaving.
"F-ck you, Katherine."
And just like that, Mia had left. Just like Katherine expected her too. Katherine knew Mia hated what she did. Katherine never bothered asking why. She didn't care too much either. They weren't friends anymore so it's not like she cared about anything Mia thought or said about her.
And as of right now, people's opinions didn't care. All she wanted to do was sniff a line and enjoy the rest of her night. And that's exactly what she did.
- I tried to make the story good. Haha, I know it's probably terrible.
